Each plan grants the member the ability to store up to 100 notes for the duration of the selected period.

7. Payment and Billing

By completing a purchase, you authorize Fast Notes to charge your payment method. All purchases are billed in advance and are final and non-refundable.

8. Membership Activation

Your membership becomes active immediately upon successful payment. You will receive confirmation once your purchase is processed. Your membership will expire on the date specified in your account dashboard.

9. Cancellation and Renewal

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until your membership expiry date. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused periods.

10. Data Loss Disclaimer

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Fast Notes and its owners/operators assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for the loss, deletion, corruption, or inaccessibility of any data, notes, or content stored on the platform.

While we strive to maintain service availability and data integrity, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous access to your stored notes
• Recovery of deleted or lost data
• Protection against service interruptions, outages, or temporary unavailability
• Prevention of data corruption or loss due to technical failures
• Backup or restoration of accidentally deleted content
• Protection against unauthorized access or cyber attacks (though we implement security measures)

Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of important content. Fast Notes is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fast Notes, its owners, operators, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Service Modifications

Fast Notes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership plan or feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. In case of termination, prepaid membership fees will not be refunded.
